Noisy staff

So we have been picknpay customers for as long as i can remember and still are today, infact this is our go to shop EVERY night after work. This is also why some of the staff's actions was such a disappointment. We recently moved into a flat upstairs our go to picknpay only to be woken up every morning at 05:00!!! The staff arrive one by one from 05:00 and the back garage door is SLAMMED up and down with every staff member that arrives. The staff members then continue to THROW crates outside (sometimes it even sounds like they play soccer with it) and then continue to scream at each other about having a braai on friday or how drunk they got the previous night!!! All off this between the hours of 05:00-07:00!!!!! The entire flat block can hear this and has made numerous complaints to management but he had NEVER even addressed the problem. Our neighbour (70 old lady) then resorted to screaming down at the staff to just keep it down a little and was told that if she does not like the noise she needs to move! I myself have yelled down to these staff members to quiet down a bit and was told to shut the f@ck up??? We don't expect them to walk around on eggshells but that much of a noise is extremely unnecessary so early in the morning!! I myself work Monday to Saturday so it's annoying number 1 to wake up that time every morning and them on my one off day the Sunday having to sleep in the living room to avoid the staff waking me up so early ad well. Please see to it that this matter is addressed! A little bit of respect goes a long way!!!!
