Noise Emanating from Car Park
Once again I write to complain about Pick' n Pay Durban North holding a \car show"(modified cars with extra loud bass speakers and stripped down \""silencers\"") on a Sunday in their car park.<br> <br> It is exceptionally dumb to do this today (1st of March) as already at 10:45"
