NOBODY AT CUSTOMER SERVICE/HO CAN ASSIST WITH A SIMPLE QUERY !!!!
I called PnP customer care to query something but was transferred 5 times to 5 different departments and nobody could assist me . I also spoke to Yolanda in the ASAP/online department and she clearly does not have any customer service experience whatsoever ! She transferred the call while I was still busy speaking to her ,can you imagine that!!! NOBODY WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME IN ALL OF THE DEPARTMENTS I WAS TRANSFERRED TO !!!!
