No wet sign

On friday night the 13th of December I slipped on a puddle of water that was leaking out the fridge near the tills, there was no wet sign up to warn customers of the water! I went to the supervisor of duty and she took my name and number down and assured me that the owner would phone me till now I've not heard anything! I was not badly hurt but it could of been worse as the shop was busy and there was older ladies there, what would of happened if one of the ladies fell it could of been alot more serious
