I was at pick n pay lambton yesterday at 3. And my family racially abused by a black customer. We were at the deli and a black lady decides that she can not wait long and gets the only two people serving to help her so we said its unfair. And called for the manager . Who took a very long time to responsed and didnt even have name badge on . While waiting for him this lady starts swearing and saying why dont you indian people cook in your houses . I will hit the both of you indians husband and wife . And the police will do nothning about it because im black . This lady then wanted to hit my wife so i stepped in between to stop her with my two year old son. By then the manager and security came over . And they where pushing us out the store . That lady says see even the white manager and security will take my part . As we were leaving another four guards came and started pushing us out . The manager seeing that this lady was wrong did nothning about . Not one of the five black guards there went close to her and she continued to swear and pass ****** remarks . Is that the kind of new south Africa we live in . Where there is no respect . And pick n pay being a family store can allow one customer to racially abuse another . What happend to their values and customer service and customer rights .
