No update on my Defy iron

I bought an Defy iron which gave me a problem on the later stage I went to Pick n pay Vaal Mall which is were I Bought it so that I can get help on whether they can fix because it is not switching on anymore. The lady who was help me took an exercise book and wrote on my details as she said she's booking it for repairs. I went at pick n pay on April to book my iron for repairs it's June now I have not got any feed back or a call no one is updating me with anything. I don't know if I should blame pick n pay or Defy as this is their product
