Hi. Since the PnP site has no email address and you must be mad if you think a customer will wait in line in the call centre, I am contacting you this way. It is Tuesday evening 6pm and there are 4 tellers and queues as if it were Saturday. It is unacceptable for customers to wait 40 minutes to pay for groceries after work. This time is irreplaceable??
