NO support for handicapped persons ???

I went to Pick n Pay Margate yesterday. I requested a wheelchair for a elderly handicapped person, the help desk informed me that there is no wheelchairs available at the store, I spoke the manager as well, a gentleman with a Kenian cap on his head, he told me that the chair they had was broken and they are not going to replace it. Is this the way that PnP is going???? This is totally unacceptable. Do you want the business ???? Are you not suppose to have a chair there??? I will not support this store and I will make it public on social network as well.
