No stock - unbelievable attitude
Yesterday morning I went into Farrarmere Pick 'n Pay Liquor Store to inquire about Darling wine that was on special. I was told the special has expired (your pamphlet read \valid from 7-28 Feb).
I went home humiliated, feeling like a beggar. At home I rechecked your pamphlet - the special was indeed still valid.

This morning I went back to Farrarmere P'nP, this time trying the main store. Not finding the wine on the shelf, I went over to a person who appeared to be a manager (Neville).

Instead of apologizing for not having the special in stock, Neville started to lecture me on the pamphlet's fine print saying that they did not have to stock every special and that he could not and did not have to memorise the 50 000 items they have in stock (totally irrelevant to the issue).

I left the store in disgust, telling Neville that I would not let the matter rest. His parting words were an astonishing \"Do what you want to, start where you want to\".

All I expected was some input from someone, while an apology for wasting my time TWICE would have been welcome (simple customer service?).

I now expect an apology from Neville.

Thanks and regards

Jacques Kuun"
