NO STOCK ORDER CANCELLED POOR SERVICE
Hi highly annoyed i placed an online order last week #*** today i get a cancellation email surely stock will arrive this week, no phone call from customer service to explain, note this is the second time this is happening with online last time promotion for skip my order was also cancelled. whats the point of advertising online when there is no stock and clearly on line shoppers are given no preferences HIGHLY ANNOYED WITH THE SERVICE

15 Mar 2022, 15:42when i placed my order online stock was available, store received stock on Friday morning online orders was not pulled out whose fault is this??? why advertise an item online when there is no stock???? i also called online on the Friday was told they receive stock everyday and will honour me the price i spoke to Sanele so why was my order cancelled on Monday
Note i did call customer service on Monday was not told they could not assist
