No Stock on Pick'n Pay Online
After writing a rave review about Pick'n Pay online I have been deeply disappointed the last 2 times I tried to order. I wanted to order cokes. The 1st time they had so little stock and I had to take what they had and I tried to get today and they have no.stock of 2l coke?? Surely this is a standard item and they should always have unlimited stock. Now I don't know where to shop online to provide my organization with the basics it needs to run.

Kindly take note that not all Pick n Pay stores do online shopping and the one’s that do also have walk-in customers. Stock available on line is as per the stores current shelf stock at the time that you are placing your order online and certain items might not be available as our online system is automatically updated when goods are run through the till point or invoiced for online shopping.
Goods for an order is only picked either the day before or on the day of delivery, therefore the stores stock availability may vary from the day that the order was placed.
Due to the nature of our business we have made an option available online for our customers to select a substitute item, should their original item have selected is not available. This will ensure that you do get an appropriate product of your choice.
