No stock on advertised item

I am a dedicated customer of the store for more than 20 years already and it's the first time I am really disappointed. They have a special on a combo kettle and toaster I want but the branch tells me they aren't getting it in. Why have pamphlets and advertise if you are not planning on actually selling it? And I checked on the pamphlet that it is available in my area, Oudtshoorn. As well as George and Mosselbay close to me and none of them have stock. It's supposed to be valid from 8 - 21 April. When I inboxed them on Fb they told me sorry you missed the deal. But the deal is still running with no stock that came to the branch and on top of it the assistant store manager doesn't have a way of speaking to you which was not the first time
