NO STOCK BAD SERVICE
Black Friday deals at Pick n Pay Robertson. Boxed juices 3 sixpacks for R47. None in store. I was told by Anneke that HEAD OFFICE did not advise the store what will be on special so they could not buy extra in. WELL THEY HAVE NONE. Milk 2 litres - short dated. expires the 17th. Saw no pies in the freezer as 3 freezers are empty.
So sick of the bad service of the Robertson store, Just close down Pick and Pay and open some store where the people have manners and carry stock.
In this store the cashiers don't even have chairs. Those terrible hours and no chairs. And if Gail so much as tells me once more to put my issues on facebook Im going to the newspapers with these people

19 Nov 2022, 14:51The owner of the Robertson Pick n Pay is so childish she left a bad google review for the company i work for and she is not even a client of ours so she would have no idea what our customer service would look like. I strongly advise you request her to take that review down before i put the level of service you get at pick n pay with her bad uncalled for review in the papers
