No stock and disgusting service

This MUST be the worst Pick and Pay branch in the country.

I already lodged a complaint on Saturday the 2nd of April for this particular branch not having stock of oil which they had on promotion, only to find that today when I went to buy Cake Wheat Flour which is also on promotion , they have no stock.

Stock standard answer, the Supplier is out of stock.

How is it possible that P&P can run an Easter promotion and not make sure that their suppliers are able to supply in their demand?

This is the P&P no name brand product, 2.5kg , surely they make sure that their supplier has ample stock before running the promotion, especially taking into consideration that the promotion just started!

As usual, the SUPER friendly and efficient staff went out of their way to assist me, offer to get from another branch, offered a rain check....no not the P&P staff.

I have come to believe that this is where Departement of Home Affairs staff come to retire and take a break from their hectic schedule!

I doubt that anything will come of this complaint as they still haven't resolved my previous complaint.
