No staff - terrible service and attitude.

<p>What i am to describe now is an ongoing problem at pick nPay Hatfield in Pretoria. first of all the attitude of the staff and Management is terrible, and second of all theyb NEVER have enough tills open to assist shoppers. For a start a quick pop down to the store at 9 am in the morning turned into an hour and half nightmare. The shoppers including me were queing outside the store as out of the approximately 10 or 11 tills only 4 were operational. when asked where the Branch Manager is, the staff said they dont know!!! seriously! then found the Customer services manager working a till to alleviate the congestion.</p> <p>This is not only today, this is ongoing, and when one complains you are treated as if you are nothing and just a nuisance. this is truly not a shop I would shop at if I have another option. however this is in a busy Mall, and the people working there seems to think they do you a favour to have the shop open. God forbid you want to ask someone a question to assist you, the eye rolling and sighing is enough to make youb walk out the door, which I have done many times. I am even prepared to pay more for something simple like cigarettes at CNA, where youa ctually get a smile, than to shop in Pick n Pay Hatfield.</p>
