No staff at Customer Service counter.

Went all the way to Pick & Pay,Bedworth Park,yesterday,for the 5 Ltr. Sunfoil Sunflower Oil they had advertised for R169.99,only to be told that they had no stock.

Asked if I could get a "rain check" - Was told to go to the Customer Service counter to fill out my details. Get there,only to find it empty & unmanned.

The security guard then tells me that they've all left already,as the store is now closed. While there are still several customers at various tills.

Somewhat of a wasted trip. A bit frustrating.
