No Social Distancing Complaint against Pick n Pay (Church Street Mhkondo)

Complaint against Pick n Pay (Church Street - Mhkondo) Due to the rise in COVID 19 cases in Mhkondo, it is with great disappointment that I have to report the negligence with this store. Today (5th Feb 2021) I witnessed for the second time in the past 5 days that this store has no control over the amount of people they are allowing in. The security at the door just doesn't know what he is doing. The security in the store is aimlessly walking around not encouraging customers to keep their distance. Last week during month end it was a complete death trap to be inside the store. I approached the manager , and he laughed off the situation. Today when I was back at the store I approached the manager (Busi) who didn't even have her mask on properly. And when I told her that I had a video and pics of what was going on in the store and was going to send it to Head office (Which I have already done) she looked at me shocked as if I was talking nonsense.

Pick n Pay please can you kindly put some serious action into this matter immediately. Before we start seeing more lost of lives in Mhkondo due to the negligence at this store in particular.
