No service whatsoever!!!!!!

<p>Every time you go to the Pick n Pay Matlosana Mall the service is very poor. Always stand and wait til somebody attend to you at the deli section. This morinig 17 minutes. (while ythe staff is chatting and laughing at the back) To go and pay at the till is even worse. There was three customers walking out becauce of the slow service (ONLY 2 TILLS OPEN). It is not the first time that this was occuring. Management always sitting in the office and not on the floor. Once about two weeks ago I ask for a manager but to no avail. No manager or staff have any willingness to help a customer. Competition is too big, and I will go to a place where I feel Welcomed and helped. On many occasions they dont have popular sigarettes brands or no popular six pack beers at the liquor store. I will go to Checkers here in Matlosana Mall were you get service (they got 8 tills open as I went there after Pick n Pay and they were quite busy) What a pity Pick n Pay!</p>
