No service in desperate times

I have been trying to buy groceries online to feed a destitute family since two days ago. I needed the groceries delivered to thier door in Lenasia. The site could not find address. I've since sent 3 mails and to date only get automated responses By the time I get some answers the family would have starved to death. Very disappointed and unhappy with the lack of urgency or care.
