No service at Boston pick n pay

The pick n pay Boston local branch deserves zero stars.

I waited 10 minutes at the biltong counter, this evening after I had to find someone to assist. Still didn't get served, I alerted the cashier who said they advise the manager but by that time I was disgusted with their service level.
