No service at all
I lost my smart shopper card last year and since then I have been trying,with no success , to get Pick n Pay to link the new smart shopper on my profile, and also to link to to my Tymebank account....I’ve been on this since last year

02 Oct 2020, 15:01Yes eventually they managed to change it however, my Tyme account still reflects someone elses smart shopper, I don’t even know who that person is, I’ve called Tymebank and I was advised PnP needs to link the correct card, I called PnP and I was told Tymebank needs to link my smart shopper to my Tyme account, now I’m confused as to what needs to be done.....I have no idea who that Smart shopper linked to my Tyme account belongs to
