No service

I am so upset it's my first time using pnp asap app I never recommend anyone to use it I placed a order on 11/11/22 my money got taken order never arrived I called in and my money was refunded I placed the order again today 12/12/22 my money got taken no order arrived I called customer care I asked to be called back I was told no they can't call back and I should just sign out and in the app then my order will show will no order and no money I just want my money back so I can just go get my groceries I am fed up I send numerous emails to customer care but clearly they are closed on a Sunday !!!!!
