No Service

I was given a gift voucher for R500 that was bought at the customer care counter in the mall. This voucher can be spent in any store. After a miserable experience at Ackerman’s I went to Pick n' Pay to my sorrows. Pick n Pay, same thing happen the gift card again declined, declined. The supervisor said that I should go to the CC counter and query or make an alternative payment. I told him what happed at Ackerman"s. I asked the Supervisor/cashier to call the customer care counter. He said he would and left me standing there alone I watched him and realized that he did not have a ph. number. I gave him the ph. number. By now I more than tiered stressed and annoyed and hungry. My 13 year old was hungry & ate the chips and cooI drink. Supervisor said he called CC counter and tired the card again, declined again. He said it does not work and just left me standing there, I have sugar diabetes. By now I was weak, thirsty, tiered, stressed, annoyed & hungry. There were not going to do any more so I call the CC counter from my cell while talking to her my airtime finished. I asked supervisor if I could call on their phone. The CC counter said that there was nothing she could do till the next day. I tried to tell her that I cannot afford to drive to the mall again she was insistent. By now my head was pounding I could feel a migraine coming on, the left side of my face was twitching I felt as if I was going to have a stroke right there I was so angry I threw the card on the floor and left Pick n Pay. Then I went back to pay for the chips and cool drink. There is still R156 on that gift card. It was a nightmare. So I have lost R156 on that gift card.
