No serve delivery

Good morning I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed. Yesterday i went to Maponya mall pick and pay for my shopping i bought boerewors rolls when went to the counter there was no one to assist me preparing my order i was told she's on lunch. And there's nothing that can be done i went to customer care to get a refund.. Such poor service they don't respect customers
