No sensible way of packing bags

Everytime I shop at a Pick N Pay they pack the frozen items in with the hots stuff (precooked chicken or meals) even asking them not too. I even tried giving them the frozen stuff first, then random other stuff before the precooked atuff and they still put the hot and frozen stuff together in the same bag. In addition, the often put the precooked chicken in the bags upside down so the gravy leaks out into the bag ruining everything in that bag.
