no sense of urgency

<p> I was standing at the till from 6:25 and my items processed at 6:44, bought vests advertised as 2 for 89.99 however got to the till it was 79.00 the lady that works in that department was of no help supervisor who assisted refused to give it with that price instead canceled the transaction without my concern and only when I asked the cashier why is she not packing my vests said transaction was cancelled without my concernt demanded to see the manager who never showed up told he was praying, but why do it at customer's time? After all the drama walked out of the shop only to realized I have been billed twice the price and had to walk back again for them to rectify their incompetence got home went through the slip and picked up I have paid more for yoghurt's Fruits of the forest advertised two for R25 but paid R33.80 please advise on your policy for incorrect pricing and why have supervisors on the floor who Dont have the mandate to make decisions and still have to call out the manager who never showed up </p>
