Home brand kitchen cleaner bottle leaked in packet and damaged 5 packets of cigarettes, when I tried to return these for replacement the attitude of management was so disgusting and rude. First was told that they do not do returns on cigarettes, my response was that this is not a return, the goods were damaged due to the fact that the kitchen cleaner bottled leaked in the packet. The response was that they reviewed the video footage and the bottle was not leaking when it was packed, HA HA, how could they possibly see this on a camera footage, did they get to see inside the packet? Their conclusion was thet either I or the car guard has loosened the lid and damaged the goods, and I was dismissed without any form of Customer care. It was dismaying and extremely annoying. The conclusion was absolutely ludicrous. I shall never use pick n pay again.
