No Scratch and Win, just black screen

Bought for more than R500 yesterday and today. Got SMS on both occasions to go to scratch and win on the app Downloaded latest app as line was outdated

When you go to the scratch and win page get black screen with Mango Groove Special Star playing in the background but nothing else happens

Very disappointed
