No response to email

This is regarding an email sent on 05/10/2015.<br> A complaint against the Pick n Pay in Little Falls.<br> There are various complaints and the latest one being insects and possibly maggot in a packet of Pick n Pay brand penne pasta. I attached pictures of the product. The email was sent to [Email Removed] and nobody has ackowledged receipt of the email or anything else.<br> <br> Not acceptable from such a large retail company.<br> <br>
