No response to complaint

On the 5th of September 2015 I bought 6 mini doughnuts from the Kuilsriver Pick 'n Pay only to get home and find they are old and the topping was even changing colour. On the 7th of September 2015, I wrote a complaint on their website and received a reference number. A couple of days later, I called the head office to follow up on my complaint and was given a new reference number. To this day, no one has contacted me to give me feedback.
