No response from Pick n Pay customer service complaint department
Purchased a pair of sneakers. The sole is cracking. Speak to Kobus from Northgate. He told me that is nothing wrong with the sneakers. Fill in the complaint online, no response. Poor service, poor quality products. Pick`n Pay at its the best. No service, no response standard’s for Pick`n Pay.

Once I did, I contact them and invite them to read it. Within 1 hour I received case number! Sad very sad that you have unqualified people running the key division
