No response from Pick n Pay Customer Care Service Email

I would like to complain about Pick n Pay, I sent them an email to complain three days ago and I still have not received a response from them. I go to their stores at Jean Crossing and at Doringkloof Mall to buy do my shopping. I have two female cats and they only like eating Chicken and Poultry Whiskas wet food in the pouches. Whenever I go to these stores for weeks on end it is never in stock, then I need to shop elsewhere for it. I was just enquiring why it is always out of stock, I know it is one of the more favourite flavours for cats. But whenever I go to Checkers it is mostly in stock. The fact I haven't had a response shows me Pick n Pay is not interested in my complaint.
