No response from Pick n Pay

I have emailed Pick n Pay and included all their available support email contacts, and I received an automatic reply and a ticket number ***, but nobody from Pick n Pay has responded since 2 July 2025. I logged a complaint regarding a pricing issue. Pick n Pay at Ferndale on Republic sold their Gourmet Greek Yogurt Low Fat 1kg at R52.00(the product was not on special) about two weeks ago, and on Tuesday, 1 July, the same product sold for R89.99.
