No reply to complaints about smelly fish

I bought some "fresh" fish from Pick n Pay. On unpacking the fish that evening and peeling off the clingfilm that the girl behind the fish counter had wrapped it in, it was smelling to high heaven. By this time Pick n Pay was shut, so I logged onto their website and wrote a complaint to their Complaints Department, letting them know that I had wasted R106.19 on a piece of fish that I had to throw away. (I have the till slip and pictures of the fish in the bin). It has now been 2 months and I am still waiting for a response.
