No regard for customers or consumer complaints

I raised a complaint with Pick n Pay months ago, was requested to provide further information and then received a message that complaint was closed, however no resolution or feedback was provided. I followed up and posted on Hellopeter and was advised the matter will be raised with management but still there has been no update on the matter. It seems it either management does not care or perhaps I was **** to and Pick n Pay have no process to address consumer complaints nor do they value their customers.
