NO REFUND YET!

I have not received my refund as yet, a whole 17 days after collection of the item. Firstly I was supp**** with the incorrect item, then you wouldn't exchange and now I have to wait for my refund!!! I emailed Micayla Williams yesterday morning for a definite refund date but have not received a reply since. Very frustrating, poor customer service!!!
