No refund yet, a month later

On August 13th 2025, I visited PnP Jean Avenue in Centurion. I used my debit card to pay, money out of my account but teller said it didn’t go through. I swiped again, then it declined…that was because the money already went through . Checked the bank app with the manager to confirm & he said he will follow up the next morning & sort it out. Did not take the goods I paid for & despite me following up almost daily, is a month now & I still didn’t receive my R960.05.
