No refund to date

Hi I was forced to pay twice for the same grocery because the cashier had not loaded paper to the speed point in order for the slip to be printed as they did not have network at the store...my first payment was found to be unsuccessful but i had already gotten a deduction from my account, this was on the 25th of July. I refused to pay for the second time, but the manager of the store said that's the only way I can take my grocery home. I then contested my double payment on the 27th and it was found that my bank had to refund me the money that was initially deducted from my account, then on Thursday morning I got another dedùction from my bank accòunt and went to the bank to enquire it was found that pick n pay had deducted the very same amount which my bank had refunded. Until today pick n pay has not refunded me, they say they're waiting for nedbank to check if there is an amount taken from my account, even though they have proof of the deduction via bank statement and the speed point slip, this appalling from Pick n Pay Quagga
