No refund received after 3 weeks

I went to Pick 'n Pay clothing to return some items to the value of R649.96 on the 18th March 2015.<br> After a week of no refund received, I have phoned them to question it and their answer was that it takes 7 -10 working days for a refund. After 2 weeks of still no refund, I phoned once again with the answer that it's processed on their side and they will come back to me with a reason why it's not in my account yet. It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received any refund. I spoke to Head Office yesterday saying that they will contact the bank and phone me back soon. Still no response, no money and can't get hold of accounts at the Head Office! Very frustrated at this point!!!<br> <br> PLEASE JUST REFUND ME!!!
