no refund paid out after 10 days - still waiting

Pick n Pay ASAP is not delivering what they promised, i ordered through PnP ASAP and they did not deliver some items so i requested a refund on 23/12/2022 which i waited patiently for 10 days and they still haven't paid my money back. All they can say is they have a back log of refunds to pay out, what does that say about Pick n Pay? How many customers have they upset that they have aback log? All i want is my money i don't want to go back to Pick n Pay again.
