No Refund on Undelivered Items

I have been charged for items that have not been delivered on Order: *** on the Pick n Pay ASAP app. I have sent all the information to the support email as well as Nadine Johnson, yet no one responds to my email to advise on my refund.

I will be deleting this app, due to poor service. I am not happy at all that I have to constantly call the call centre and no one can give me feedback on when the money will be refunded
