NO REFUND ON ITEMS NOT SUPP****

My orders are continously not in the time frame. I've recieved food that is off. Most recent issue is non supply of items a week ago and no refund made. Customer care has responded with a generic sorry but nothing is being done. Asked for an escalation and nothing is done. Pick n pay should be ashamed that they ***** peoples money.
