No refund for Undelivered Grocery

Good day Pick and pay team

If my refund is not possible can you please deliver my order , that was returned back to the shop .

It is very simple for you guys working behind the scenes , you dont feel the pain of spending the little money that I have on something that was not delivered to me.

I dont know what to do anymore , I called the shop at mamelodi and they do agree that the grocery was turned to the shop .

I dont understand why is my refund failing 😕.

The call centre does not pick up my calls anymore 😒.

Now I leave this matter to God Lord almighty 🙏
