No refund for sold out items!

Im not happy about this New asap App! I've been buying groceries ,full amount debited from my Account but when the Grocery is packed I will get a notification that some 'items are sold out" ...that difference is never refunded back in my Account ,where is my money going to??I've been checking always but nothing ...It has happened quite a few times !!!!Im getting sick and tired of this .Have sent emails and all they do is apologize and say it takes a few days for the funds to be released by the Bank ...not true ,I never receive back anything !Always sold out items but no refund! Old app was Perfect, the money was going straight to Wallet ,now it just vanishes ...Why advertise sold out goods?You debit full amount and why not do an immediate refund if items are sold out ??******* Service!!!!
