No Refund for damaged Z30
After struggling to raise money to lay bye my BlackBerry Z30, 5 days later it stopped working. Gareth the owner of cellphone shop decided to take it for repairs at Vodacom. He changed his story because he didn't want to refund me.I was told some parts were missing and I was responsible. How can I buy a phone only to dismantle it, I'm no technician what will I do with the parts? I needed a cellphone not parts. I guess him and the technician at Vodacom took out the parts to make extra money. Up to now still no replacement on the phone and money gone too. How do we trust cellphone owners who are so greedy. He took my money just for free.
