No Refund Due To No Stock!!??

PnP Crescent is not even worthy of this 1 star. I recently purchased an item from PnP Cornubia. Didn't try it until I got home. The size is wrong. Today, I decided to return the item (with the receipt and tag still attached to the product). Unfortunately, I did not take note of the staff names. I was advised that I could not get a refund - confirmed by an employee named Ronelle at PnP Crescent, because they do not have stock. Is this my problem? I no longer want the product, I want my money.
