NO REFUND AFTER A WHOLE MONTH AND 47 EMAIL

Pick n Pay ASAP Customer service is terrible!!!!!After a whole month,47 emails and dozens of phone calls, they still fail to refund money that they deducted double and that on a cancelled order FYI. Everytime I reply to emails, regarding this,there is a new person replying with info I already received a month ago and with the next person they request statements again after I have sent it multiple times in the past month! I see you do not even have the decency to reply to your customer complaints on Hello Peter,says alot about how you run a business and how much you care about your customers.****** pathetic!
