No refund

I recently wrote about picknpay asap and not getting my delivery nor refund...the matter has not been resolved I got a call from a guy named Elvis from the store saying he spoke to Yolanda and Wesley from the call centre that promised to give me a call and refund my money however I have not received a call from either of them and I must say this is pathetic. A huge company like picknpay to give such pathetic service. I must say they have lost me as a customer
