No receipt for rain-check

Hi I visited Ottery Hyper on Sunday 7 Feb 2021 to purchase 2 items which you had on special. The Kenwood food mixer for R3999 & the Topline toolbox for R1499. Unfortunately the Topline toolbox was out of stock and I was assured that I could get a rain-check for this item. The lady at customer care took down my details but I did not receive a confirmation slip. My concern is that I will not be able to get this product at the reduced price because my wife informed me that they also just wrote her name down for a Tefal pan that was on special but nobody contacted her. Can you pls advise.
