No promo displays in store

Pick 'n Pay Cornwall Hill {Elarduspark Pretoria) don't put all the promotions at the product on the shelf. I have complained to them many times. Always have to take the promo pamphlet to see wha ia on promotion.

Today again it happened , the Ultramel Custard and the 1 L milk sachets had no indication that it is on promotion. They blame Pick 'n Pay head office for not supplying them with the promotion material. Some promotions in the past even after complains and a few days later the promo material was still absent. Is it possible to address this with them.
